From the instructions (attached), it appears as if the 'high limit thermostat' may have operated...
As in the instructions, you can try resetting the thermostat, by pressing the red button in the middle of it.
However, there was probably an issue to cause the thermostat to trip in the first place. If it trips again in a short space of time, turn the boiler off - this will need further investigation...

Thank you. That's really helpful. I couldn't locate the reset button? Do I take the cover off?

Isolate the power before removing the cover!
