Aztec electric boiler.

Hi sorry I'm. Ew here.
I am just wondering if anyone knows how to rectify this. W have an Aztec electric boiler I'm told it's a basic model, however every time we put the hot water on the heating comes on too.
The radiators are all off except one we can't reach and in the heat it's driving me insane.
Any help would be much appreciated thank you

Likely to be that the three port valve is faulty.

As the others said, its nothing to do with the Aztec it is an external control problem, post a pic of your controls for the best advice, you could have one 3 port valve or 2 x 2 port valves
