B&Q Brushcutter/Grasstrimmer FPBCP25-2

Hi, I'm looking for a backing flange for a B&Q brush cutter.
B&Q don't stock spare parts, and I havent been able to find anyone who stocks this part, online. B&Q are refusing to tell me the manufacturer so I can't go direct.
Anyone out there who may know the manufacturer?
Otherwise I'm reduced to trying various washers as a make-do.
