No they won't be selling tat but they will be selling adequate, I believe the profile to be synseal, synseal have 3 styles running at the moment but I don't know which one B&Q are selling however none of the 3 are bad profiles, as we always say 'its all in the fitting' so even if it were a bad window a good fitter would make it look champion, however and this is the angle that Gazman is coming from is what about everything else on the window? We know the profile to be a good one but what about the hardware i.e. handles, hinges, lock mechs, screws, I'd like to know what make all thoses bits are, after all even a good fitter has no control over them. And the next big element 'the glass', who floated the glass, who toughened it, have those been done to british standards, who assembled the units - I know theres a whole raft of regs required just in DGU manufacturing, is it cheap romanian or chinese 'tat', who knows, so for a little bit more money you can have one made to measure with known quality hardware
