Hi, i want to take a a toilet waste pipe to my outbuilding but not sure if this would be ok.
I have a gully that takes waste from the kitchen. Its a back inlet gully. Would it be ok practice to connect a 10mm pipe off the back of this for the toilet? My worry is that the soilds may cause a problem passing through.

Please advise

Big NO NO! A toilet is classed as a soil appliance and MUST be directly connected to the sewer.

If you want to fit a new toilet you will need to provide a new connection to the sewer, and be aware it is notifiable work, so Building Control will need to be informed and will need to inspect the works.

Thanks guys thats exactly what i thought. I couldnt understand how this could work.
