SW. I had damaged delivery from alert and never managed to get a refund. Never any issues from SW. I use the XB dual piezo. As loud as the old oddysey and the adjustable fixings are easy too.

Another vote for the XB/XB-E and Security Warehouse. The Pyronix Deltabell is nowhere near as sturdy as the XB and unless you buy the additional "lightbox" module, the illumination is rubbish on the Delta.

I've always like the engineer hold off mode of the Odyssey bells too. Great idea whoever came up with that one!

I always get the feeling that SW care more about there customers but maybe that's just my experience with the two.
