I have been attempting to install a concealed cistern back to wall toilet, the issue I am having is that I need to push the pan towards the wall to push it onto the pipes but due to the design it seems that you can only use the floor fixings if it’s lifted over and lowered onto them.

Any suggestions on how i can secure it would be very much appreciated!

Hi Andy,

Thank you, that’s exactly what’s on the waste but the top pipe for the concealed cistern is fixed so it must be slid towards the wall.

Stupid design of pan base . What are the anchors like that secure pan to the floor ,are they those L shaped plastic efforts ??
Could the pan be siliconed to the floor ?

Yes, the design seems ridiculous!

The supplied fixings are the plastic L brackets, which I had to trim to even fit within the holes! Is it acceptable to just use silicone? It’s in the middle of a large format tile.
