Bad Mold Inside window

Hi All,

I've been having this problem for a while now thru out the summer and winter where around the Window am getting a lot of Black mold delvelop. It can be wiped off but it keeps coming back? I've got a feeling its something air circulation but you may be able to help more. Am also looking into fitting trickle vents on the Windows. Not sure if that will help.
