Quick question for anyone in the know...Is it possible to get 'draughts' in a balanced flue...
We have recently had a Faber Silence gas fire installed which has 3 burners placed uner fake logs..the two outside burners look realistic with yellow flames curling around the logs with no evidence of air disturbance, however the middle burner gets quite badly blown, some of the gas does not appear to ignite properly and the flames are blue and blow along the log in a very unrealistic manner...does anyone have any likely ideas why this should happen (anyone else have a faber silence out there ?) and any relevant info I can quote at the installers who I have called back out to look at it this week.
Cheers in advance
