Ban hooded clothing?

I wear a cap on sunny days, to protect my eyes from the sun, I wear a hoodie, if it's raining, with a cap.

Less than 100 years ago, if you look at old film, everyone wore a hat. Skin cancer has increased since then. So why not wear a hat? There are many different hats available, that produce better results than an umbrella, that inverts itselt...so wear a hat...many variations are available.

It was about 'hooded clothing' wasnt it?

I personally like to kept warm with this kinda stuff

The slim hooded jackets offer no real protection and do give a bad image - especially amongst young people IMO.

The topic was about hooded clothing though.
