I have a potterton combi bolier. syetem is about 6/7 yrs old. towards the end of last winter we started getting a few tapping noises coming from the pipe leading to the last radiator in the system. last couple of weeks the noise has got really loud. it seemd to coincide when the bolier is on, a few spaced bangs followed by a rapid number, then silence until the bolier starts.
would flushing the system help? how mich is this? any other advice gratefully received.
