Bar Shower Valve with Top Connection?

A customer of mine has a faulty bar shower and I cannot identify the right thermostatic cartridge for it and nor can The Shower Doctor.

Do any of you know a make of bar shower that has a central ¾" connection on the TOP so I can do a direct replacement with what is already there? Both Mira and Bristan showers have different connections to this.
