Hi folks,
I'm fed up! One of my neighbours' pets is pooping in my front yard, and not to put too a fine a point on it, these poops are too large and firm to be cats, so I imagine they come out of a dog! There's 2 dogs live in my road - which can it be??!!
Anyway, I never catch the miscreant at it and before I go crashing round to have a chat with my neighbours I better be pretty firm of my facts.
I've got wifi and I understand it's dead easy to rig up an IP camera - does anyone know of a really good, really cheap example?!

You get what you pay for to some degree.

The question is whats the best for your budget?

Any of the FOSCAM ones will most likely be suitable for your needs. I've got one of these inside and one outside the house and they'd certainly be good enough to identify who it is.

How regularly do they do it? An old phone and a cctv app with motion sensing will work if you can prop camera to get a view of garden and don't need night vision.

The manythings app for iPhone will run for days if plugged in, using motion sensor and record only when motion and alert you if anything moves via notification to another phone.
