Nope Soak, I don't think I'll buy from them again.
It looks like it's been filled as the area is like hard putty around it.

Fired off an email with that photo, see what happens - I don't want to struggle with that to the post office really as its pretty heavy.
Put it this way. They refused to sell me a spare part for a shower because of the data protection act .
Even though I had the part number and order number.
They wouldn't even sell it to the customer's wife for the same reason.
