Basin waste slow draining.

Is it seperate to the bath waste?
Have you took apart the basin waste - right back to the stack?

Airlock in pipework else where?? Or try some one shot and leave for an hour.....

Have you tried a plunger?
yes they are seperate but go into the stack together. There's no blockage in the basin u-bend or any of the pipe and the stack is not blocked
That would mean it has been installed wrong; get the chap back who put it in.
