Bath light is flickering

Could be the 'transformer', could be the lamp - try swapping one or the other with one of the other lights and see where the fault goes.
I can purchase an equivalent transformer and test that. I assume if this doesn't work, then it's a case of changing the complete fitting? I don't think I can buy the light without the driver.

Just change the entire fitting, you'll likely end up throwing good money after bad. Who knows if the LED chips are failing or the driver (or both).
