Not sure if this board or carpentry.

We finally went to fit our expensive Roper Rhodes bath panel to find the bath has been fitted too low by about an inch. We don’t want to make the bath higher as it will affect the tiles etc. Does anyone know if these panels can be cut? It is made out of a thick plastic not wood with aluminium stripes. Would a saw mill be able to cut it? Or could we cut it with a jigsaw (what blade)?

If there is no way to cut it and we need to get another one do we buy wooden and cut it down, plastic and bend it or get a joiner to make one
