bath room timer fan on a pull switch

Hi Please help!

I am trying to fit timer fan into my bathroom fan requires 1 live 1 switched live and 1 neutral. i was going to wire it from my light switch and this is where i have the problem its a pull switch and it has only 1 red live 1 black neutral and an earth can anyone tell me where i should run the supply for the fan from do i take the switched live from the pull cord and the other 2 from the light fitting ???
