bath waste is this ok angle for waste pipe

have bath in just to plum the waste now, bath is at max height possible. the waste pipe going to outside house is level ie there is no angle which i have heard is a requirement, what are my options if any ???

Gripfill/Screw 4x2 timbers to the floor and raise the bath. (The bath side panel will be short so a little ingenuity is required)

or

Run the pipe through the wall and join the stack lower down.

While you're at it put a 75mm trap on the bath to comply with the regs (unless it goes straight into a hopper outside).
