I have a bathroom cabinet with an integral demister that has stopped working. I have contacted the shop where I bought it, only 2 1/2 years ago to be told that the mirror door only has a one year warranty. They have told me that they cannot supply a replacement door, or give me details of the manufacturer. It is a Marcel LED Bathroom Mirror Cabinet, 500 x 700mm bought from Pebblegrey.
I don't suppose anyone knows where I could get a replacement door, or know who the manufacturer is.

You can buy separate demister panels of a similar size to the one on your cabinet. You would need to ascertain it is suitable before you bought it though.
You may find more info in the similar threads section below.

Did you register the product when first purchased in order to get the 10 year warranty. If you did then did it specifically say there was only 12 months on the door. If not then they need to replace the complete cabinet.

You may have rights under Sale Of Goods Acts that outlast any manufacturrers warranties anyway. I would expect that 2.5 years in from purchase is still within that timescale, Cit Advise could advise you properly, you may have to go thru the court system such as small claims in the coulnty court but it is stilla quite simple procedure anyways.

I have gone down that route on a very small number of times (about 10) and I have never lost one of them!
