Bathroom electrics

Hi there as I have a very tiny house and a tiny bathroom and kitchen to match
what you guys thoughts on having a gas combo boiler in bathroom?
It would be in airing cupboard style

Also thinking of having the washing machine in the cupboard under the boiler fed via a fuse spur I can't see any ref against this as it would be out of zones? Do you a agree my sparky doesn't seem too have a problem with it although hasn't ever done it before

Allowed for both, and you don't need a fused spur for the washing machine - just fit a normal socket in the cupboard for it.

Not only out of the zones, but out of the bathroom itself.
