You can route the cable through the floor, then permanently connect the appliance via a 13A fused connection.
You must confirm via inspection and test that any work on the electrical installation you do, is proved to be compliant, suitable and safe!
If you cannot do this I suggest you employ someone who can!

Just seeing the appliance working is not considered the correct method of confirming the above!

But teh connection would need to remain accessible. tricky with a tiled floor!

Best solution FCU on wall outside bathroom with the machine flex running through the wall.
