i've just been to give a quote for a rewire of a three bed house.
The owner wants to turn one of the bedrooms into a bathroom. However the combi boiler is in a cupboard in this bedroom and is staying. The power for this is fed via fused spur in this cupboard. Is this allowed? And does it need cross bonding if everything is on a RCD?
Thanks.

Providing it's hard wired and not a socket-outlet okay.
The supp bonding will be made via the metal plate across the pipe work underneath the boiler this will be terminated inside the boiler
