Hi, I want to put a bathroom heater over the door. I have a towel radiator with what looks like a fused spur located in the next bedroom.
Can I run a cable from this to the heater?
Thanks in advance.

There are strict rules for bathrooms, it is a special location, so the "Can I" is in real term's no, the cost of registering the work will be too high, in Wales £100 plus vat, not sure of fees in England, so in real terms cheaper to get a scheme member electrician to do the work.

Worry would be if u would overload the 13A.

So add the two wattages together and divide by 240.

If it’s less than 13, you could get away with it

I kept mine outside of zone 2, then drilled a hole through wall and plugged in to a socket the other side with plug in timer. CU has up date rcbo’s.
