Bathroom lighting question

Hi
I've just moved into a new house. I have a small ensuite shower room that currently has a pendant light fitting which is obviously wrong. Can i replace this with a batten lamp fitting or do i have to get a more expensive recessed light fitting? The ceiling is ~2.3m high and the light is about 50cm from the edge of the shower enclosure (so borderline Zone2?)

You may use any light you like which the maker says is suitable for Zone 2.
