Folks,
I want to install halogen SELV bathroom downlights in a new ensuite shower room, but the room is an attic conversion so there is no access to the roof void (yet!), and the roof void is about 50cm high. The existing lights are wall lights, so there is no lighting circuit in the roof.
Is my only solution to cut chunks out the plasterboard ceiling and route in a new lightling circuit, or has anyone any better ideas?
I was planning to install 4 lights (zone 1 approved), each with its own transformer, so I'll need some kind of junction box. Does anyone know of any suppliers of SELV lights that can share a transformer, or could I run all 4 lights off one of the transformers?
Cheers,
M-o-L.
