Bathroom lights

Morning all,

Just moved into a new house and the bathroom has these lights. Can anyone please assist with:

a) How to remove them?

b) Which replacement bulbs would be suitable (preferably LED)?

b) Which replacement bulbs would be suitable (preferably LED)?

What voltage are they? (You might need to establish that first, if you're struggling to get them out, as that will inform you of the type of base, i.e. GU5.3 vs GU10)

If they are ELV, is there a minimum load for the power supply?

Are they on a dimmer switch?

Hmmmmmmm not sure to be honest. I have no idea how to get them out so can't check!
