Bathroom Sink Unit Replacement

We urgently require to replace a complete sink unit (cracked sink, mirror and cupboard) with hopefully an almost identical one. There is a photo in my album which various people have tried unsuccessfully to post here over the past few weeks. Can't even get my photo bucket to work. Anyway, if you can and are willing to access my album do you recognise the unit and know the make?

What size is the vanity/basin?
It is highly likely the mirror is a separate item.
