Hi,
I have low voltage spotlights in my bathroom ceiling and one failed the other day. At first I assumed the bulb had gone but that wasn’t the problem. Next I replaced the transformer, again that wasn’t the problem. All the other lights work fine, anybody have any ideas of what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Now replaced the bulb, transformer and bulb holder and still not working. All of the others work fine. Grateful if someone can suggest where I go now.

Thanks in advance

do you have access to the void above the bathroom? Loft perhaps?

I would be checking (with the power off) the cable feeding this one spotlight for damage and loose connections

Sounds silly, but are you sure your new lamp is good? And did you definitely get the correct transformer?

Do you have a test meter?
Do you have 230v going to the input of the transformer?

That's the first step.

Trying to repair things by trial and error, is expensive, time consuming and may not fix the problem!
