Hi,I've got a bathroom in a rental property to redecorate,although I wouldn't advise doing it,the tiles on the wall have been previously painted,I've prepped it all and primed but not sure what product would be best, waterbased or oil,waterbased would be ideal ,could anyone advise, many thanks

Personally I would have more faith in a oil-based product for this kind of job as it SHOULD be more hardwearing.
