We have decided to build a new bathroom in an upstairs room with a timber floor (my wife really wants to keep the timber floor). The floor is a beautiful peach pine (quite soft). We are going to sand the floor first and then seal. Can anybody advise me on what to seal this with. I'm not sure how to finish the edges. In some places there will be tiles and in others plaster(sealed) Any advice appreciated......Kev....
