Hi not sure if I am in the right section...I have a Powerkaddy Freeway golf trolley but have been having trouble with the charger the light that is supposed to flick from amber to green when fully charged only stays on amber anyone any ideas : ...thanks in advance

Now where did I leave my crystal ball?

Sealed lead-acid battery? Most likely needs a new battery.

it is a sealed battery.. normaly these batteries let you know that they are becoming nackered ie you end up having to push the troller for the last 2 holes this hasnt happened with this one thats why I was thinking that the charger was at fault
 
As already mentioned, it could be a sign the battery is starting to age, although if it's functioning as normal when powering the cart then that seems unlikely. My boss bought me in the very same charger you're referring to asking me to fix it after leaving having let it get rained on while plugged in. It's mostly full of surface mount components, and there's not a lot you can do with it unless you happen to come by a circuit diagram.
