boiler is dead , ie power lights are on pressure is ok , turn on heating or dhw and demand lights come on but the only thing running is the pump , no voltage to the fan and no flashing lights , it looks like pcb is gone , oh stat seems ok , anything else to check ??

If the pump comes on you could check the flow switch is making, but if it isn't i'd expect to see a fault light come on. Sounds like faulty PCB.
