Hello

I have a Baxi 133 HE and after being advised by a plumber i have replaced my PCB, however with the new one in place i have tried to draw hot water and immediately it trips the fuse in the wall plug socket, I replace this and try the CH again as soon as it seems to ignite it trips out,

could this be a ignition problem or a pump problem ?

any help would be appreciated

Was it tripping out before you changed the pcb ? if it wasnt double check the connections you have made to the board.

yes it was but it was blowing the onboard 3.15a fuse and then the pcb board itself.

it just seems to be when you draw any hot water for either CH or DHW

turn off the power to the boiler , disconnect the pump lead and put your multimeter on ohms setting and see what reading you get across the two leads to the pump.
