Recently moved into a terraced house with a Baxi Bermuda back boiler. Discovered that to get hot water during hot weather when controls set to hot water the room thermostat has to be set well above room temperature. It also appears to be the same when water/heat is required, as soon as the room comes up to temperature the back boiler does not keep the hot water hot. What can cause this problem?
