baxi boiler 105e

Hi, I have a Baxi boiler 105e and whilst the central heating works ok I cant get any hot water. This has happened gradually where recently we have had to run the hot water taps slower in order for the water to get hot enough, today I cant get any hot water at all though no matter how slowly I run the water.
Please help

Does the tap neon light when you open your hot water tap ?

If it doesn't do the following.

Without going into too much detail try running all of your hot taps at once and see if this "activates" your boiler when on hot water only.
