Baxi boiler

Hi every time i turn on the hot water anywhere in the house the water pipes make a loud hissing/gushing sound as if the flow is restricted. Also my water pressure is very low in the hot tap but very high in the cold. Thanks for any help.

Combis have flow restrictors and filters which can be noisy , get blocked etc. Hard water area?

Hi Chris R, The model is 80e or a 105e gas fired wall mount and im sure its a hard water area. Thanks for your reply.

the tap has a filter in it might be worth a dose of looking at

Thanks Chris but already been there with Telewest advisor.
There doesn,t seem to be any mail in there for me which is very strange as I am always notified of any replies to my posts.
I haven't changed anything on my computer so cannot understand it.
The 2 Telewest advisers are stumped too. Both said wait 24 hrs and it should resolve itself.
Try again tomorrow
By the way I can't sleep so have come online at this unearthly hour
