heating working fine, boiler kicks in when upstairs taps are on but not down stairs taps, so no hot water down stairs! any suggestions please?

replace the diaphram or clean / grease the spindle

Very easy to fix yourself. Just need a diaphragm for the diverter valve and the instructions fom your manual.

Less than 30min fir DIYer
