I disagree on that and I'm sure gas safe would as well. We also don't know if it's for financial gain, but still seems irrelevant as it's considered non gas work in my engineering judgment

GSI&U regs don't mention anything about combustion chambers....Section 2.1 defines the whole boiler as a fitting.
Any prosecution would be made under the act not the ridiculous statement from Gas-Safe (that contradicts the legal definitions under the act).

Same regulation section 2.6 states they don't apply if not breaking into a gasway
