My neighbour has a 5 y/o maxi duotec combi.
It works fine, but if it hasn't been used for a while when it first comes on (heating) it will make a different noise. I haven't heard it myself, but she says it is making a noise when coming on from cold and left off for a few days.
Now the heating has been on a bit more as we are into autumn it isn't happening anymore.
I was wondering if it could just be air in the system being purged ?
Any potential issues ?
