hi wonder if anyone can help with this problem, i'm trying to diagnose this from a phone call from my fav aunty. She tells me the boiler is firing up, water gets a little hot but then runs cold. Am i right in thinking its the dhw diaphragm ?. I dont want to get the part travel there and it be the wrong part, its many years since i've done any breakdowns so any help would be much appreciated. many thanks Paul

iF THE PIN that diaphragm activates and strikes the microswitch stays out then it is the plate heat exchanger blocked
if pump and fan running but boiler isnt fired then i would say yes, its diaphram or worst still diverter.
many thanks for the replies but i will have to call round and at least take the case off, been a gasman 29yrs this year but never been involved in breakdowns, only on my own stuff,thanks again Paul
