Baxi Envoy Boiler showing "t"

Boiler breaks down every two minutes! This week it was the flame ignition which went - had flashing "F". Engineer came and fixed it but was in a hurry. Noticed after he'd gone that it's now flashing "t" most of the time - boiler re-start delayed to prevent rapid cycling. Not had this one before! Was told would have to pay new callout fee for engineer to come and fix. Wondered/hoped that someone wld be able to confirm that this is part of problem fixed last week so I can argue that he didn't finish the job properly?? Any help gratefully received.

argue it, as the engineer was in a hurry and that he left the boiler before completing the checks on it.
if a boiler goes wrong within 24 hours of it "being fixed" it wasn't done properly.
