Hi,

I've jsut replaced the diverter valve on this combi with a new one. All was fine for a few hours, but now it just comes on for 10 secs that turns off. Checked the Heating Flow pipe out of the heat exchanger - red hot! Checked the pipe after the valve - still cold! Looks like its still stuck in DHW mode and cycling the bolier.

What can the problem be?

Thanks,

Matt

You are right.....it is calling for DHW- Intermittently!!

Flow switch occasionally reads almost open circuit when the hot water tap is off..just not completely O/C. It must be just enough resistance to fool the electronics.

Going to pick up a new switch tomorrow and try it. Flamin thing!

Cheers,

Matt
