baxi Luna 3 boiler

I have a Baxi Luna 3 high efficiency gas fired wall mounted combination (floor & domestic heat) boiler and I am consistantly getting an 10E error code, manual says due to water pressure being low? But the radiant heat is a closed loop system and has been fine for 2 yrs and now is getting progressively worse

I have to re-pressurize the system every 24 hrs

Anyone have some input
