105E, cheap and decent, fitted a few of the Platinum's ( five year guarantee) and they seem OK, time will tell.
Worcester though would always be my first choice of the two manufacturers.
Depends on how much you want to spend.

My advice is to go for something with a bit more oomph.
A 24kw combi, no matter what make it is, will be inadequate in most situations.
In winter when the incoming water is very cold it will take you about a week to run a decent bath.
You need as a minimum 28kw or even higher if you can afford it.
