Can anyone help?? I had my gas meter replaced on Thursday and ever since then the pilot light keeps going out !! Sometimes it will stay in for long periods of time, but when it goes out it takes several attempts to re-light. The pilot will re-light, the burners will kick in then after about 30 seconds it turns itself off !! The meter was replaced just because it was imperial, not because it was faulty. Anybody got ant ideas ?? :eek:

Get an RGI to replace the Thermocouple, it has got nothingh to do with your new meter, Boiler Service + Thermocouple should cost £70-£75 depending where in this wonderful land you are located! ;)
 
Pilot going out 30 secs after main burner fires up .Suggests ********** On changing meter some carp in pipe has probably moved, not unusual but its just sods law
