Baxi WM 51/3RS fuse problem?

Have a Baxi WM 51/3RS boiler. Pilot light on but timer not moving. Is this a fuse problem? If so can it be fixed easily or do I need a professional? Any help would be much appreciated.

Havn't checked the fuse because I don't know wherte it is located on the boiler. I'll switch off main fuse and go have a look.

I've checked the fuse. It had blown. I replaced it but the new one failed. Did it again with the same result. Any ideas on how to proceed?
