After a long fight with this supplier, we had to pay for windows we didnt order, that were faulty and installed badly. We decided to try to fix or at least improve the installation ourselves and pulled some of the trim off the bay window. To our horror we found that the bay poles were short, in fact in one place it was so short, it wasnt even there.
Can anyone tell me, how important these poles are and how they should be fitted.
We have a fensa certificate for this work, and they have refused to show any interest in our installation problems, so please dont suggest contacting them as they appear to be totally useless.
Thanks for hearing my moan, if nothing else comes of this hopefully I can save anyone else from using Zenith.
