Hi i have an old property _ about 1890. The bay Windows has some cracks in the pillars - lots of peeling paint. I poked around and a large chunk of concrete came away. There was brick work behind which was damp and lots of plant roots.
The rest of the render doesn't look too good so my thoughts are to remove it and then rerender in with lime render. Does that sound sensible or should I be trying to keep it? My main concern are large sections dropping off
