I was topping up the insulation in my loft today and I felt something actually inside the existing insulation. When I looked, I first thought it was a turd left by some desperate tradesman in years gone by but on closer inspection, I saw a dead bee or possibly a wasp. It was also sticky so possibly honey? I thought bees made bigger nests than that though. Are they likely to return next year?

Lol. I thought it was a mummified turd. I got suspicious because right over in that corner I found some old fag butts in a disused galvanised water tank and an empty fag packet. I thought it might have been one of those lazy heating engineers you hear about that have a **** and a **** when they’re working in the loft and can’t be bothered to go down to do their business.

Sadly I’ve experienced exactly what you say......couldn’t believe my eyes (or nose)
Either way, I’d get rid of that one with gloved hands!
John :)
